The error message that you receive: no error message, game lags a bit (offline squad battles) freezes then just black screen n game crashes n end up back on the dashboard.

How often does the bug occur: every week around my fifth squad battles game

The error message that you receive: no error message. The game crashes and PlayStation asks me if i want to report the crash.

Occurs when goals are scored towards the end of the game, and preceded by lag and an incorrect goal scorer card is shown before the crash. Happened again today on a non-replayable squad battle fixture, 0 points received.
• The error message that you receive: No error message, silent crash to desktop.

Occurs at least once or twice per week. This week incredibly frustrating as it cost me Elite 2 rewards. 

No error message, but screen freezes, blinks a bit with black, then quits immediately to dashboard.

• How often does the bug occur? Too often. Once a week at least. Have noticed it tends to be in game that the CPU has someone sent off.
• The error message that you receive: No error message... game crashes, screen just goes black and I wind up back on the XBOX home screen
