FC 26 Spotlight Not Working

I can’t preorder EA FC 26 from the FC 26 Spotlight menu to get my 10% off. I’ve had this issue for a while and will miss out on the rewards for preordering the game past the 26th.

    I bought the game anyway, but it would just put me back to the main menu and not give me any message. This was on Xbox series X. I even tried going on older ea fc games like ea fc 24 and it did the same thing.

    You'd really need to speak with Xbox support in relation to any issues on their platform Pstar234​.

    We would not be able to assist with any Xbox issues.
