Can you please explain exactly what happened when you started the evolution, like what device were you using, what did it say on screen, and what if anything did you do?

Did you try to start this evolution at the last second? Of course I don't know your time zone but you mentioned a time, and starting evolutions and completing sbcs as they are expiring can lead to very unwanted consequences similar to your description...

I started the Evolution at 6 pm by web app on my phone (Xiaomi redmi 12c) and i wasn't at home, i started the evo and the web app was gliched, i couldn't see the evo but my 1000 FC points where gone, when i came home i started playing FC 25 (PS5 version) at a round 6:55 pm, when i checked on "my Evolution" there wasn't my evo. Now the evo is expired 

Sorry for the bad english, It Is the 3° languages i speak (italian and spanish are the first 2).

Italian 6 pm, every evo expires at italian 7 pm

I saw this message or something to that effect when I started mine, and I'm suspecting that people may have accidentally canceled it then, rather than just closing the message. I almost did it, but because I check here regularly, I knew people were having issues with starting it, so I was careful to avoid it. So far, mine is still active. 

I am sorry that this happened to you, and also sorry that I can't be helpful.
