we are aware of an issue where FC 25 players on Amazon Luna may find their saved game files being deleted.
We are working to restore data and recommend not creating a new settings profile. Creating a new settings profile will allow you to recover your Ultimate Team progress but will prevent recovering your Career data.
As soon as we have further updates to share, we will let you know!

This issue should now be mitigated and we are expecting to release a new patch soon to prevent any additional impact.

Status changed:NewtoUnder InvestigationFor what it's worth, this has happened to me twice in the past week. The first time it happened last week I lost about 2 months of save progress. I hadn't heard back from Amazon Luna or EA in a few days, so I decided to create a new personal settings file so that I could play the game again. After a day or two of painstakingly trying to re-create my Career player, I managed to play for a few days straight. Now today when I try to play I once again get the "create a personal settings file" when I start the game. So frustrating and what a waste of all that time.
It's ironic that the FC26 pre-order campaign is being so prominently displayed on Amazon Luna's homepage.

Lost my career data twice in last 2 weeks. I stopped playing. Really frustrating
So we just shouldnt play the game in hope that our saved data will return? Like other commenters this has also happened to me twice in the last weeks. Is there a way of playing without creating a new settings file?
Situation exactly the same as yours even including the timelines, Think its happened twice in the past week for everyone, today i just found that it had happened for the second time

Exactly the same issue, same timings, second time happening... incredibly frustrating and makes me wish I'd not bothered buying a Luna controller / signing up to the subscription.
It's not a Luna issue — it's an EA issue. FC25 is the only game where this happens for me, and I play a ton of different games on Luna. It seems like any time there is a update to FC25 by EA that gets rolled out the settings file becomes incompatible or doesn't get updated correctly. You would think the personal settings file would be stored/saved to EA's servers and not Luna's. It's crazy that it's been 2 weeks without any response/update from EA.
