Thank you all for reporting the issue with the Player Career mode, where only a short intro is played in the pre-match cinematic scene.

This is not normal, EA. There are people who spend their hard-earned money on this game every year, and the way there is barely any update given about this "bug" and how long it takes to fix it is unacceptable.
By now, we are:
- More than 5 months past the release/bug
- 9 title updates later
- The hottest topic (on the old forum)
- With hundreds of people who have reported it
And yet, we have only received a few updates saying that the "bug" is being investigated, but whenever there's a bug in FUT, it gets fixed within a few days. You have a Trello page listing all known bugs that are being worked on, yet this "bug" has never even been mentioned there.
Many have already lost hope, which is why this topic is getting less and less attention (probably according to your plan), but it's time you just tell us the truth.
Why is this taking so long?
Are you actually working on it?
Will it be fixed for EAFC 25, or will it be pushed to EAFC 26?
This report is perfect. That's exactly it. 6 months without any sign of EA, a total lack of respect and they still have the lie that they are investigating, which we know they are not, since after 9 updates nothing has changed yet.
Deeply disappointed in EA. A month ago, I submitted a report asking for clarity and more information about the status of this "bug" on this forum... A forum that’s supposed to help get our issues resolved. You no longer give us the feeling that you're actually working on it. This is extremely unprofessional—something I’ve never experienced before. We’re simply being ignored and not taken seriously. Absolutely shameful, EA.

We are now:- More than half a year past the release/bug
- 12 title updates later (3 of them just in the last month since my previous report)
- It’s still the hottest topic on the old forum and remains active in the current forum
- Hundreds of people have reported it
SimGuruArvin, EA_Habutai , Vaangan , EA_Draya , EA_Trout , EA_AgentX , EA_Bogdan grateful if we could get an update as we've not heard from EA_Pulsar for sometime. Unsure if something has changed in their employment or whatnot.

We are now:- More than 7/8 months past since the release/bug
- 14 title updates later
- 6 title updates since the last update in this topic from an EA employee
- This bug is still not mentioned on their Trello page
I recently asked for an update via EA Help Live Chat, but unfortunately, they still couldn't provide any. With EAFC 26 around the corner, I assume this won't be fixed.
