Hello Barry,
Rolling back NVIDIA drivers to a two-month-old version is no longer a viable solution for the ongoing FC 25 crashes. Since the issue began, NVIDIA has released at least four driver updates, and reverting to outdated drivers is impractical. The crashes, which occur frequently when the UI appears during gameplay or upon match completion, are specific to FC 25 and do not affect other games. This points to an issue that EA must address.
As an RTX 5090 owner, I can confirm that FC 25 is currently unplayable on RTX 5xxx series cards. This problem alienates your most dedicated players—those who invest in high-end hardware and purchase FC packs. Please prioritize a fix to ensure the game is fully compatible with the latest NVIDIA drivers and hardware.
Thanks for your posts. I know tech issues like this can be very frustrating. Probably the easiest way to get the drivers you need is via the NVIDIA APP. This will take the guesswork out of what can be a confusing and technical process. The app will also prompt you to download and install the very newest drivers available.
Thanks again

This “answer” or “solution” is absurd. The most up to date drivers continue to crash the game. I had to revert to 3 month old drivers that have other issues that affect other games I play. Just absolving all responsibility for the issue? Are you serious. Go ask your boss to look up how much I spend on this game, and ask them why one specific game is having this issue and whether it’s worth alienating ppl who help pay your salary by doing absolutely nothing. Has EA even contacted NVIDIA about it? Can you even answer that? Electronic Arts don’t care about this game’s community, and that is why the game has been terrible this year, and has cost them billions as they have admitted to investors on their quarterly calls. All the casuals left, and a lot of the diehards have as well, and the root cause is EA, and its employees apparently, just see us as a paycheck and nothing more.

This is correct, you have to manually search the old driver from March, uninstall your current driver and install the old one to run EAFC25.
this is the only way to currently play the game until either EA or Nvidia address the fix in a new update.
here is the link for the old driver for anyone having issues: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/details/242277/

I believe there’s been a misunderstanding. FC 25 is currently incompatible with Nvidia RTX 5000 series GPUs. The game has been crashing since March, which is why I’ve noted it’s been non-functional for two months. Rolling back to a driver from two months ago is no longer a viable solution or workaround, as that driver is outdated, lacking critical fixes and support for newer games.
This issue is severe enough to warrant an urgent thread pinned on the EA forum, clearly communicating that EA is actively working with Nvidia to resolve it. Your most valuable customers—those who invest in packs and have the means to afford high-end hardware—are unable to play the game right now. This needs urgent attention.

Can you quit skirting around the issue? Absolutely no driver works with this game for RTX 50 owners, EA should offer us a refund at least,As well as a disclaimer on the store page that cites that it doesn’t work on the latest gen graphics cards.

I am sure he would help if he can but the issue is with the technical team, they are not working on this
