[PC] Sprint-Jockey (L2 + R2) Input Override Bug on both Controller and Keyboard

Holding Sprint (R2 / Left Ctrl) and Jockey (L2 / W) simultaneously does not activate Sprint-Jockey. The inputs cancel out regardless of device. Tested on a Logitech F310 in XInput mode (where L2 and R2 register on separate axes B6/B7 in Gamepad-Tester) and tested on standard PC keyboard (Left Ctrl + W). The issue persists after deleting the PersonalSettings folder and switching Analog Sprint to OFF, confirming an internal input handling bug within EAFC.
