Problems with season pass

I recently bought the new season pass and since 2 days ago I’ve been with a problem or glitch that tells me that the season pass is not available for the moment, I don’t know why this started to happen but I can’t do objectives outside UT cause it keeps telling me the same when I get into an other game mode, what could I do to fix it? Or where do I call, practically I can’t level up the season pass. Another thing is that I play in cloud gaming but last week everything was fine
