Season passed max'd out on it's own and 'claimed the rewards'

I logged in after being at about 13,000xp and suddenly I was max'd out at 35k, all the rewards now say claimed but they aren't in my club or store, so lost out on everything I was grinding towards. how do I contact EA? stupid bots are useless
