Has anyone experienced it where the season points/progress reset e.g put you back to level 1 on 0 xp but it still shows packs etc are claimed up to a certain level?

- Your platform
- Username
- Timestamp when the issue occurred (Date and Time)
- Any changes you've made on your account recently
- The error message (if any)
- Screenshot for your current progress.
Also, make sure to restart your platform and sign back in to your account to help synchronize it.

ps5, ob_aaron, happened roughly 4/5 days ago. No change to account, happened since trying to complete some of the manager mode objectives, no error messages. It just shows that my season reset to level 1 despite also showing items claimed up until level 18. Frustrating, live chat absolutely useless said it’s a bug and nothing they can do, waste of my coinsEA_Pulsar
