Has anyone experienced it where the season points/progress reset e.g put you back to level 1 on 0 xp but it still shows packs etc are claimed up to a certain level?

Not entirely sure, this was last week. Can’t recall the exact day/time. Why is this taking so long
It was 12/05/2025 around 18-18:30 that i noticed this.
EA_Pulsar it happen exactly the same to me, reached level 31 reset to 0
