Has anyone experienced it where the season points/progress reset e.g put you back to level 1 on 0 xp but it still shows packs etc are claimed up to a certain level?

Don’t bother trying to sort my issue out. Prioritise others, games crap, live chat useless community managers no idea what to do, clubs gone I’ll be back next year. Pathetic
