Stuck at Loading Screens consistently in Career Mode

In Career Mode and can not advance past a match, everytime I play it gets stuck at half time and have numerous videos showing the failure mode

Bug in game as PC can run other titles at higher quality with no issues. Re-installed the game and got to end of match but couldn't make it back to the main page just stuck on purple screen. Only bought the game a couple of weeks ago and its un-useable like this.

Refund possible or preferably a game that I can play,
