[Under investigation] Error occurs when trying to redeem pack

Whatever console/app, cant redeem

I have the same issue cant open my rewards from Fut Champs Qualifying because of this

I am on PS5 and opened the pack that had the 1500 SP in it. The pack stuck for me is the totw provisions pack.

• LevelTwo#7351
• Seasonal Supply Pack
• Breakthrough TOTW Provisions Pack
• Purchased on console

I cannot do anything. It's just stuck in the same limbo. The problem still persist on the companion app. Is there an ETA for this fix?
