Buenas tardes, abriendo recompensas de Rivals, me han dado un sobre para canjear dentro de un megasobre, cuando le doy a canjear me sale que los servidores no están disponibles en este momento que lo intenten más tarde.
He probado desde versión Ps5, PS4 y desde el companion y no me deja canjear dicho sobre. Tampoco me deja descartarlo, por lo que no puedo abrir el resto de sobres que tengo en la tienda.
Good afternoon, opening Rivals rewards, they have given me an envelope to redeem inside a mega envelope, when I click to redeem I get that the servers are not available at this time, please try again later. I have tried from the Ps5, PS4 version and from the companion and it won't let me redeem said envelope. It also won't let me discard it, so I can't open the rest of the envelopes I have in the store.
