In this week's Week 3 completion challenge for Tots, after completing all the challenges, the guaranteed Bundesliga pack isn't awarded. Personally, I encounter this after completing each challenge for the week. After my match, I returned to the objectives where it had automatically claimed the objective for the pack.I checked my packs and had nothing; the guaranteed Tots pack wasn't awarded even though all the challenges had been completed.The other 2 weeks i had no problem with besides this one. No idea why it automatically claimed the objective either the other 2 weeks i had to claim them myself. The pack isn’t what matters to me is just that after putting in some hours to get the objectives done and not receiving the intended rewards it feels unfair to me or any player that encounters this problem, in short words is a waste of time if you don’t get what you’re supposed to get.

I am at my wits end with this game, I have not received the rota pack for the prem week and now the bundesliga pack has not arrived either. Emailed EA several times now and all they do is auto reply and tell me to ask people in the forum? It's infuriating!!! What's the point in doing all the weekly/daily challenges and then not receiving anything for it??? Not sure what else to do?
