Hi everyone. I’ve been playing FIFA for many years, never cheated, never intended to. Two weeks ago, I was completing repeatable SBCs inside the game on PC. I had lots of untradeable players, so I completed a lot of them during the day.
Later, I tried to log into Ultimate Team from my phone and couldn’t connect. I closed the app and, a while later, I received an email from EA saying I’ve been permanently banned for using software or exploits to cheat.
The thing is—I did everything inside the official game, no external tools at all. I did use Palet Tools days before for some SBC planning (like many people), but that didn’t cause a ban then, and others I know who used it just got softbanned or nothing.
I submitted a case to EA, and they told me the decision is final and won’t be reviewed again. I feel really frustrated and helpless—I’ve spent years playing Fifa fairly and now I’m banned without a chance to explain myself.
Please, if someone from EA can escalate this or if anyone in the community knows what I can do—I’d really appreciate the help.
