DME STORAGE IN ULTIMATE TEAM

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue in EAFC 25 on Xbox: when I pack a non-tradeable duplicate card, the game does not give me the option to send it to the SBC/duplicate storage. This started happening after recent updates. The storage system simply does not appear anymore, even when I have non-tradeable duplicates. I’ve already tested this with multiple packs, restarted the game and the console, and nothing fixes it. I need urgent help with this issue as I’m losing valuable cards.
