Loading screen issue

After almost every Rivals or Champions game, my game is stuck on the loading screen and will not let me continue. Restarting the game causes me to lose the match I just played even if I won it. This has happened too many times and because of this I lost multiple Champions games even after winning them. There are no issues with my connection or console. I need a fix to this. This is unacceptable.
