Loss of points when an opponent exits the game

I played Seasons online and defeated my opponent 4:1. After my last goal, a message came out saying that the connection was lost, I thought that my opponent had decided to leave the game, as often happens with a crushing score, and I expected to be credited with the victory and awarded 3 points, but when I When I went to the menu, I didn't see these three points, and there is no such game in the history of the season's results with a score of 3:0 (this is the score at the exit of the game). It's a shame to lose points.  Could you please help with this? I played for Spain and my opponent played for England.
