Premium Pass Not Activated After Coin Deduction – FC25 Companion App

I recently purchased the Premium Pass in the FC25 Companion App for 500,000 coins. However, after I completed the transaction, an error message appeared. I closed the message, and then noticed that the coins had been deducted from my account, but the Premium Pass was not activated.

Could you please look into this issue and help me either activate the Premium Pass or refund the coins?
