Critical Issue: 2FA Prevents Login to Pro Clubs

Hello EA Support,

Over the past several months, multiple users have reported the same issue: they are unable to log in to Pro Clubs.

The game displays the following error message:

"Unable to connect to the EA servers."

After extensive troubleshooting, we have found that the only workaround is to disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on the EA account. As soon as 2FA is disabled, Pro Clubs works again.

This is not an acceptable solution. Disabling 2FA significantly reduces the security of our EA accounts and exposes users to unnecessary risks. Players should never be forced to choose between account security and being able to access a game mode they have paid for.

This issue has been reported repeatedly by many users over the last several months, yet it still has not been resolved.

Please treat this as a critical issue and investigate it urgently. We expect a proper fix that allows users to log in to Pro Clubs while keeping 2FA enabled.
