Game crashes during gameplay - Direct X function Issue (Graphic card)

Hi Team, 

I have recently faced an issue in the gameplay. Since yesterday my screen suddenly got frozen during the gameplay and a black screen appeas. There is always the error message "Direct X function GetDeviceRemoved Reason failed with DXGI_ERROR_Device_Hung" (see attachment). This has never happend before during the gameplay. Can you help me out with that ? I have tried to repair the game, and also reinstalled my graphic card. But the problem is still there.
