“Team Switch Glitch and AFK Players Not Disconnecting”

I was peacefully playing rivals when i stumbled upon 2 weird matches, where, out of nowhere the opponent was able to control my players . In the second match, around the 16th minute, the opponent went completely AFK — but before halftime, the same issue happened again.. By the end of the game, instead of getting a victory screen, I was stuck in an endless loading screen. Has anyone else experienced this?
