Bug report – Career Mode Player of the Season awarded too early

In EA Sports FC 26 Career Mode (Player Career), my player was correctly named Player of the Month, but I also received the Player of the Season award even though the season was not finished yet.

 

Steps to reproduce:

 

1 Play in Career Mode as a player.

2 Reach the point where monthly awards are announced.

3 Receive the Player of the Month award as expected.

4 Notice that the Player of the Season award is also given prematurely before the season has ended.

    I get awarded player of the season literally every week.  Very annoying.

    Same here.... almost every month that my player wins player of the month he also wins player of the season

    Title: FC 26 PS5 Player Career Bug: Player of the Season Award Before First Match

     

    Platform: PS5

    Game: EA SPORTS FC 26

    Mode: Player Career

     

    Every time I create a new custom player career, my player immediately receives the Player of the Season award before playing a single match.

     

    This happens with both Origin Story and Live Start Point. I have already deleted the saved game data, reinstalled the game, and downloaded all available updates, but the bug persists in every new career.

     

    Please investigate and fix this issue. It makes Player Career mode frustrating and unrealistic.
