[BUG] Snow effect broken after last patch

Dear EA team,

please note there's visual issue with snow effect which was not present before the patch. 

Previously snow flakes were falling down properly. Now they appear as many psychedelic dots, creating a fastidious effect on both the field and the crowd.

Can you look at it? I'm on PC and have Radeon RX6600 card.

    Can this be fixed?

    It does not happen in all matches and stadium but it's pretty frequent now.

    I think the problem is that snow fall speed gets just too fast. It is a bug because while during cinematics snow flakes are dropping down properly, they get super fast during the gameplay.
