Cannot make subs, move positions and stuck in Team Management

Relatively new issue, been a thing for a week or so now in Ultimate Team, no idea if it affects other modes.

At fairly regular intervals (1 in 2 or 1 in 3 games), when pausing a game (online or Squad Battles) and going into team management to make subs I am unable to do anything. Cannot make subs, move player positions or even back out back to the pause menu and ultimately the game. That final point is a killer when playing the AI as you’re doomed to restart.

It is now getting incredibly annoying. Please can someone at EA look into this.
