Can't move in online games (PC)

I can navigate my menus and even play Squad Battles but I can't control my players in any way in Rush or Rivals matches. I can't switch players or do anything even though I can pause the game and then navigate the pause menu with my controller. And I get the penalty for Not playing for finishing games.
