Career mode transfers

When a player approaches you for a new contract he’s automatically put on the transfer list and status is shown as “transfer request submitted”. You start getting multiple offers for the player/s which you can’t accept, reject or negotiate. These are automatically delegated to the assistant manager which after a week you receive an email stating the bidding club are walking away from the negotiations as they’ve not received a response from you. Can this bug please be fixed.

    Having exactly the same problem. Absolutely ruining Career mode, which is the only mode I play.

    I have the same problem. None of the players who are unhappy with their contracts will negotiate. Then they get automatically added to the transfer list with no warning, and you get a message in the player conversation menu which you can’t interact with and without a notification. About to lose Bruno Fernandes on a free.

    Same only ever player career mode. This bug is so frustrating. It’s like EA done even test games before they release them.

    This is not a bug, it's by design. EA needs offline to be unplayable, boring and frustrating so more people move to their gambling online modes. The most obvious 'Bug reports' with the most votes and replies are the ones NOT getting fixed. That's not a mistake. They need the millions to keep flowing. Don't expect a fix on this. Maybe with the new owners next year.

    Will not work on most of us. We don't play FUT for a reason. Thats not going to change. Will just mean we stop buying the game. 

    The lack of attention they give career mode is extremely disappointing and frustrating.

    Same here on PC. Into my 3rd season and it's completely ruined my career save. £90 for this trash.

    All the problems with contracts are gamebreaking! How is it possible, that we have all these stupid bugs at the beginning of the new game? Which stupid feedback does EA get from the closed beta or does nobody test career mode? Every year the same s……… couldn’t start my career earlier than in the middle of October the last 4 years!!!!!!

    All of my players instantly submit transfer requests, decline all of them and I can’t re negotiate or sell them at all. It says “The assistant manager is currently negotiating.” Had this issue with bayindir saying he wanted to leave and staying 2 years and I can’t do anything about it

    I have the same issue here on my Xbox Series x  with my Ajax career mode. Regeer and Godts, 2 starters for me. So disappointing... its really ruining career mode for me.
