CHAMPS penalties won. Marked as a Loss.

I just won penalties in Champs. The game loaded for like 2 minutes for the record screen, just for me to see it counted as a Loss. Reported the opponent (PC) just to make sure. Very, very annoying especially for a match that went to penalties, lasting about 20 attempts. Please, give me the win and figure this out.
