Classic Squads made Team Management even worse

We all know by now, that Team Management (tactic, formation, transfers...) is completely broken and useless. And we all know you don't care about fixing it (although you did alreaday in EA FC 25, but...

You just need to allow players to get transferred to the Classic Squads. That all of this is in issue in the first place is astonishing. How could this not get checked before it's added to the game?
