Collect them all achievement is broken

Hello

I have unlocked a total of 8 archetypes and I still haven't been awarded the achievement for unlocking three archetypes. 

Update: This achievement/trophy is broken between generations. For example, in my case I unlocked more than 3 archetypes on the Series X, however when I loaded the Xbox One version the achievement  didn't unlock. The achievement/trophy requirements are clearly looking for the instance of the 3rd archetype being unlocked and therefore if you unlocked more than 3 before switching generations this becomes unobtainable. This is a very simple fix as there is no patch required. The achievement/trophy requirements just need to be amended to look for when greater than 3 archetypes are unlocked and not just exactly 3.

I have 954 Fifa/EA FC achievements. Every available achievement since Fifa 2013. Countless hours collecting them for such an easily fixable bug to ruin it.

    I've been looking into this and can see it happening to others. It seems to be when you have unlocked it on the other generation version ie unlocked on PS5 and then switching to PS4. And I believe it's when you change generation owning more than 3 archetypes. The coding for the trophy and achievement need to be updated to be looking for when more than 3 are owned and not just 3.

    EA_Vendcera​ Apologies for the tag but is this how I report broken trophies/achievements? It seems like a pretty easy back end fix on the requirements. It wouldn't even need a patch. I've had every FC/Fifa acheivement since 2011 and would be bummed if such an easy fix would lock me out of that.

    EA_Hux​ EA_Aljo​ EA_Pulsar​ Apologies for the tag. I have spent over 4,000 hours on fifa/eaFC and have over 1,000 achievements from those games alone. Please give me some sort of support on this. The achievement requirements just need to be updated to unlock not just when you have exactly 3 archetypes but when you have 3 or more archetypes. It's a super easy backend fix. No patch required. I spent fifa points to unlock those archetypes and haven't received the reward for doing so. But things like cosmetic visual bugs are being addressed. I have raised this on both achievement and trophy forums and others are experiencing the same. If you swap generation with more than 3 unlocked the achievement will not pop. I can share evidence of me owning more than 3 archetypes and having no achievement.

    This issue persists. We are still unable to unlock the "Collect Them All: Unlock 3 Archetypes" trophy.

    This is broken for me too. I unlocked it on the series x version and it wont unlock on the xbox one.

    I got "Collect them all" trophy on PS5 but on PS4 never unlock for me. I have 4 archetypes on PS5 and 4 more archetypes on PS4 but trophy no pop. Hello @EA please fix this bug on PS4.
