Completed the 10x 82+ and 3x 84+ multiple times, only got one of each.

Used a ton of fodder on the 10x 82+ AND 3x 84+ upgrade last night to save the packs for thunderstruck today. I maxed out all of my repeats, but opened my game today, and only had one of each pack.
