Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible - XBOX SERIES S

When I try log into FC 26 Ultimate Team I keep receiving the error message ‘Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu’ . I have tried resetting my Xbox, restarting my router, deleting save game data & uninstalling and reinstalling FC 26 however none of this is working.

I have also tried adjusting my DNS details and still nothing. I can log in on the web app so I find it strange I can no longer log in on Xbox.

does anyone have any solutions for this? Or what may be triggering the error message?
