Custom Character Kick off bug

Whenever I make a custom character, put them in the team sheets starting 11 or bench, save it, save the file, and my profile. Go into kick off to play with the character, it instead has the character on neither the starting 11 and bench, as well as the player I selected to be replaced by my custom character is gone.
