Division Rivals Flash Event Bug Not Giving Reward

Just played a game in Division Rivals that had a Flash event stating that if i used a TOTW player, i would receive an 80+ player pack, I put TOTW Bergvall into my team and won the game 7-3 but at the end of the game i was told that i failed the objective and did not receive the reward. Theres no way for me to post screenshots of it now as its already happened and doesnt show previous events. But it definitely robbed me of the reward

Update: Played another game where the flash event wasnt active but it came up at the end of the game anyway, and i still had a TOTW Bergvall in my lineup
