EA Sports FC 26 – DirectX 12 crash caused by EA AntiCheat

Hi EA Support,

I’m experiencing constant crashes when launching EA Sports FC 26 on PC.
The game closes immediately or shows a DirectX error (0x887A0005) right after startup.

I’ve already tried all the usual fixes:

Running EA App and the game as Administrator
Reinstalling EA AntiCheat
Reinstalling NVIDIA drivers (clean install)
Adding Defender exclusions for all EA folders
Testing both -dx11 and -dx12 launch options

I’m currently running Windows 11 25H2 with an RTX 4060 Laptop GPU.

Please forward this to your technical team, as it seems related to the recent Windows and driver updates.
Many users are reporting similar crashes even after clean reinstalls.
