Hello,
I am experiencing a serious issue in Ultimate Team (Ultimate Gauntlet). The game shows I have played 2 matches and lost both, but only one team is marked as used. I cannot use that team again, yet my wins are not registering either.
Whenever I build a new squad and play a match, after it ends I get logged out of Ultimate Team. When I log back in, the result is not recorded — the win does not count and players are not marked as used. This has happened multiple times in a row.
My internet connection is stable, so the issue is not on my end. I have tried different squads and different ways of exiting matches, but nothing works.
This is not the first issue I’ve had with this game, and I have paid a lot for it. Due to the time wasted and ongoing technical problems, I expect appropriate compensation.
Please investigate and resolve this as soon as possible.

I've played the final match 4 times to get 3 wins in a row. Everytime the game ends it says “error connecting to ultimate team” and backs me out to the main screen. I log back in and the game didn't count. The game never registers and the team shows its not used.
This happens often. Please resolve so I can get my objective for completing the full gauntlet with 3 wins in a row

Same here. Doesnt matter if i create a new team, win the match, lose the match, quit the match, my opponent quit the match, i always get the disconnect. but this is only in ultimate gauntlet.
i guess EA doesnt care and wont fix it, since they never fix anything, beside problems in their shop.
most incompetent staff ever. unbelievable.
and the only answers you get here in this forum are AI generated templated bs answers.

Hey!
In one round, the game allowed me to use the same squad twice in a row (even though you’re not supposed to reuse players in the same run). Normally it blocks you, but this time it let me start the match.
Since then, every single match I play doesn’t count. I get kicked from FUT at the end of the game (win, loss, or even if I quit at 0-0). Now I’m basically stuck and can’t progress in the cup.
Has anyone else experienced this exact issue?
Did deleting squads on Web App or waiting for server reset fix it for you?
Any help would be appreciated 🙏

I need two wins for the objectives and every time i win and the game ends it shows me this message and i never get the objectives done.

I'm facing the same problem in the third match. I've tried more than ten matches, and upon completion, I get this message: It is not possible to connect to Ultimate Team at this time. You will now be returned to the main menu.

it’s honestly ridiculous, it’s so clear that they just want us to buy packs to pack good players instead of earning them. Theyre gonna fix the bug and make us have to play the game instead of compensation. And how much do you wanna bet that when it gets fixed it becomes the hardest tournament possible and you can’t win at all.

I’ve just had the same thing in the mid weight knockout cup final where I’ve won 3-0 as the opponent forfeit on the 60th snd games kicked me out of ultimate team

I had exactly the same , I won my final , and it kicked me out and now ultimate team won't load or the companion app

I was playing ut gauntlet 11 I had won my first two games but my last game wasn't registering. I played 4 full games before being kicked off ut each time. Games didn’t count towords evolutions or objectives, then eventually I was completely locked out of ultimate team mode I can still play clubs just not ultimate team I’m missing opportunities to finish objectives and evolutions this is not fair. EA have the most awkward customer support system it’s been a horrible experience.
