FC 26 Ultimate Edition – You Don't Have Access Error (Steam)

Hello EA Community Managers,

I'm experiencing a persistent issue with EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Edition purchased through Steam.

EA Support Case Number: 257306812

I previously played the game for over 56 hours without any issues. However, after uninstalling and reinstalling it, I can no longer launch it.

Every time I launch the game through Steam, EA App displays the following error:

"You don't have access. This title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game."

My Steam account is correctly linked to my EA account. EA App also recognizes the game as "Ultimate Edition accessed through Steam."

I have already tried reinstalling the game, verifying Steam files, clearing the EA App cache, repairing EA AntiCheat, restarting my PC, signing back into EA App, and following multiple troubleshooting guides.

None of these steps resolved the issue.

EA Support confirmed that I have already completed the troubleshooting steps and directed me to this forum.

Could an EA Community Manager please review this issue and advise whether my Steam game entitlement can be checked or the case escalated to the appropriate team?
