FC Point transfer did not transfer entire point balance!
on 17/9/25 I loaded 3x 18,500 FC points onto FC25 ahead of the launch of FC26 (I have the order confirmations to prove it and my FC point balance still remains on FC25), I then used the FC point transfer on FC26 on 18/9/25 and only 18,500 of my points transferred over and the EA live chat team have confirmed this. I have contacted EA live chat 4 times and have been told every time that the FC point transfer is a one time thing which I get but it did not work as promised so £250 of FC points are just stuck on FC25 and I have been told that there is literally nothing they can do to fix this issue which is really disappointing and feels really messed up seeing as there is nothing I could have done to prevent this. Is there anything a community manager or another staff member at EA can do to help? I would just like the balance transferred as promised please.
