I think this is not the same. In this case, we are not even getting the message that we need to wait. I asked EA support and they said they couldn't find that I completed the on your way objective, even though I did, and I claimed the rewards

You need to login here https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/solutions/ and then select find missing content, and chat will appear after you submit the case

i get the message that i should wait for 48 , i waited for the chat and the chat told me that they cant do anything and i should send an email to the community...
