What platform are you all playing on?
If you're on PC, could you please provide your system specs and what CPU and GPU you are using.
Even better if you could upload a DxDiag as described in our EA Help article.
Click on the paper clip symbol when replying to attach the DxDiag .txt file to your post.
If you can think of any other specific detail, like if this only happens with a specific team, let us know!
Playing on ea app, nvidia rtx 3070ti, amd ryzen 7 5800x, windows 11. Crashing started season 3.

Hi. Im a PS5 user. Season 3 around January like others, my match intros crash. Regardless of competition they always crash. Its killing the immersive experience for an offline game mode and its unacceptable. Please can you fix this on next update.

It started around January in my third season. It crashes during the player lineups at different times. I can skip the intros or turn them off to get around it.

Bonjour, je joue sur ps5, je joue à fc26 depuis le jour de précommande, j'ai créé un club en mode carrière manager (EFL championship, je suis ensuite monté en premier league), j'ai joué durant 3 saisons dans le club que j'ai créé. Jusqu'ici, aucun problèmes, mais ensuite au début de la 4e saison, j'ai rejoint le Real Madrid et depuis, je ne peux pas regarder une introduction de match, je suis obligé de skip pour pouvoir jouer le match sinon ça me fait crash out et playstation me propose de report le problème.
