Game Crashes During Match Intro

Thanks for reporting. To get to the bottom of these match intro crashing issues, some additional information would be helpful for our team to investigate.

What platform are you all playing on?
If you're on PC, could you please provide your system specs and what CPU and GPU you are using.
Even better if you could upload a DxDiag as described in our EA Help article.
Click on the paper clip symbol when replying to attach the DxDiag .txt file to your post.
