Hi,
I'm playing Career Mode on PS5. In the Bundesliga and the game will crash during the match intros for Bundesliga and DFB-Pokal. It hasn't crashed during UCL intros. It only started today.
I am in my third season in the game. Not sure if that helps narrow it down. If I skip the intros, I can play the match.
Fun fact ya’ll. It still ain’t fixed. Classic EA. Ignore the community and update scarfs on the fans.

I've just bought the game and this happened to me in my first ever league game and it continues to happen, losing all the progress I've made since my last match. Absolutely shocking that this has been reported so long ago and never fixed. I'm going to request a refund from Sony because this is a joke in this day and age... do you even care about your custom base?
I think it's important to keep this topic alive so EA can't say that we never informed them about the issue. So let's keep comments coming. I will repet myself once again: Game crashes in third / fourth season of "manager" and "player career" when using game introductions. Season one fine, season two fine, season three... game crashes 10 seconds into the introduction!
And this happens across ALL platforms.
What more do you need EA?!
Hahaha, it's absolutely astonishing how people are treated by administrators here and company by not fixing MAJOR CRASH on every platform for 4 months xD 3,5 k people have seen this thread. 60+ messages. Nothing, zero, nada. Maybe some big youtuber which has content with this "game" should yell about it or saying that game is piece of....rotten apple. Or, idk. lawsuit? Cause product is faulty. You took our money at the end of a day for a flop. I swear EA by communication and problems with games is the worst gamedev company ever. Like, dudes, srsly, it's not AAA game and you are not Rockstar or CDP Red It's the same engine every year, with maybe cosmetic changes. And every single year hundreds of bugs, crashes etc. I'm done, it was my last game from you ever.
New update and this error still happening, this is unnaceptable, are you dumb???
What more info do you need? Can you be specific on the data you need. Also everybody has reporting the same issue and where it occurs. Then you should have the platforms (like the ps5) that should be sending the actual crash info for your developers to trace why the issue is happening.
can you ask your teams to please prioritize this. If it’s not resolved I will start questioning why I need to buy another FC game.
This is happening across all platforms in Career mode. I repeat: All platforms!
No matter what league or team we choose, in the year three or four in the career mode whole game will chrash during full match intro. THIS IS A BUG THAT NO CPU OR GPU OR DRIVER UPDATE WILL FIX.
EA_Vendcera what else do you want? 4 months ago we reported this problem and nobody fixed it yet. EAFC26 is dead in all the game modes. Unbelievable.
This, of course, happen on PC as well. Starting on season 4. There has to be a plan behind all this. My guess is: No game introductions and lineups next year! And why? Well... no one is using full introductions anymore. Everyone is just skipping those. Beautifull! Genius move EA! What a company!
