Game freezing / bug / Ultimate Gauntlet

I’ve been playing Ultimate Gauntlet 3 in EA Sports FC 26 on [your platform].
After finishing a match — even if I win — the game freezes at the halftime or end of the match screen.
I have to close the game via Alt+F4, and it counts as a loss.
This has happened multiple times in the last few days.
Please fix this issue or compensate affected players.

Is anyone having the same problem? I tried to reinstal the game, but it did not worked...
