While completing the Ultimate Gauntlet 3 objectives, I encountered a progress bug. My plan was to complete both the “Score in 9 matches” and “Play 12 matches” objectives in the same game. Before the match, my progress showed 8/9 for “Score in 9 matches” and 10/12 for “Play 12 matches.”
In the next match, I lost 0–1, and the only goal was scored by my opponent (not an own goal). However, after the game, the system incorrectly registered that I had scored, changing the progress of the “Score in 9 matches” objective to 9/9, even though I didn’t score.
Because of this, the objective completed separately, and I could no longer finish both objectives in the same match. As a result, I missed the 10×83+ Player Pack.
I kindly request compensation for this issue.
I had the same issue with objective tracking. Gave me Triple Double without actually completing it, which meant I was unable to achieve the desired objectives with rewards. Pretty much cost me 2 x (83 x 10's).
