Gauntlet Final Round Unplayable – Marked as completed

I was playing the Gauntlet mode in FC 26 and successfully reached the final round. During the semi final, I won the game but my opponent disconnected in the final seconds.

After the match ended, instead of progressing me to the final round, the game displayed a message saying “your round has finished”, and I was unable to play the final match.

This has locked me out of completing the Gauntlet and has prevented me from competing for the reward (Kudus card), which is very disappointing as I am a Spurs fan and was aiming for this card.
