I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass

    I’ve try reinstalling, clearing cache, nothing worked. The funny thing that I got different items claim and everything worked, but these evos still don’t work)

      A lot of us are going through the same thing I’m sure. Let’s hope we get some sort of response I have privately message a lot of the EA staff members and community Manegers but no response from anyone yet. It sucks for sure!
