We can’t redeem 2 particular evolutions n that is making most of us not able to open packs from stores
Can’t redeem 2 evo cards and because of that can’t open packs.

Hello sir, I created a thread on this around 2 weeks ago. There is a lot of us being affected by this. Thanks for taking a look at this. It happened as the toty was ending and since then we have been unable to open packs, purchased anything at the store or move forward in the game at all. They have already share pictures but it happens in multiple platforms and also on the companion app. Different message on the companion app but the same evo error occurs every time we try to redeem it. Once again, thank you for your help with this, it’s sort of ruining the game for a lot of us. Also, it’s on the Football Ultimate Team Mode, I bet you already know but just to make sure!

Same thing happening to me, couldn't open packs for 6 days now, missed out on a chance to pull toty and future stars
Same issue which I reported to a tech. Glad it’s not just me experiencing this issue. Please fix EA. Can’t open any packs until it’s resolved.

Dear Darko,
The evolution is in green color,doesnt have any info ,doesnt let you preview it,or redeem it,several players including myself have been dealt with the same issue. It gets stuck in store (unassigned items) that lrevents you from opening packs because it tells you that you have still unassigned items and it it not redeemable.
It has been almost a week now or so.
My gamer tag is jaxoun93.
Any help or response will be appreciated i am talki g to you on behalf of us all users it got us disgusted to the point of no play.

3 weeks and no packs no help after reaching out to ea, why would I play or buy packs when I can’t redeem them… sort it out or people won’t want to play or pay for packs
EA_Darko , my game tag is "BOGWANDI13" on ps5, evos don’t have name and can’t be preview. I got this from season pass rewards
Haydnrawson456 is my gamer tag on ps5 and I’m having the same issue I can’t claim a evo which is from season pass too I think but I couldn’t load it up I had to go on to the app to claim my rewards

Bro tell us to hope and left laughing at us, the huge company like EA can’t do something about little problem, that cause unable to spent money on this game, precisely on packs. 😂

Two in redeemable grey evolutions unable to redeem them, came from last seasons season pass and was given because we didn’t redeem them during the season.
i can redeem newer items(player picks and evos as well) just not those two.
error persists on web app, console and fut companion. Please help, missing out on a lot of things!
This issue has been going on for 10 days already since the season-end rewards were released. We missed too many opportunities to open packs or purchase from the store, because we couldn’t redeem or delete the evolution reward.
