I want to clearly explain my issue and everything that has happened so far.
For more than a week, I have been unable to open any packs in Ultimate Team. Every time I try to open a pack, the game tells me that I must complete an Evolution first. However, when I try to open the Evolution, the store closes or kicks me out, so I cannot complete the Evolution and I cannot open any packs.
Because of this bug, my account is stuck. I cannot access or open any packs at all.
During this time, I have already contacted EA Support multiple times. Each time I had to explain the issue again and provide screenshots, but instead of resolving the problem I keep being transferred to different agents.
This delay has already caused me losses. I missed opportunities to use players, open packs, and compete properly in matches.
What I need now is:
1. The issue to be escalated to the technical team who can actually fix it.
2. A clear timeline for when this will be resolved.
3. Consideration for compensation because this problem has affected my gameplay for more than a week.
Please connect me directly with the team responsible for fixing this issue so this case can finally be resolved.

Same issue on my PC. I have packs that I cannot open because of some evolution bug which when I try to claim, I get the pop up that EA is unable to connect to UT servers at this moment or something similar and when I check to see if I can open the pack, I cannot because the same evolution is still there I cannot even priview that evolution so not sure what is wrong. EA do something FFS!!!
